According to the “Kashfu’l-Ghitá” (p. 93), Tahirih was
informed of the Message of the Báb by Mullá ‘Alíy-i-Bastamí, who visited
Karbilá in the year 1260 A.H., after his return from Shíráz.

The Message of the Báb reached Táhirih in Karbila through the second Letter of the Living, Mullá ‘Alíy-i-Bastamí
According to the “Kashfu’l-Ghitá” (p. 93), Tahirih was
informed of the Message of the Báb by Mullá ‘Alíy-i-Bastamí, who visited
Karbilá in the year 1260 A.H., after his return from Shíráz.
