When Mullá Sádiq and Mullá Yúsúf-i-Ardibílí arrived at
Kirmán, they again had to submit to similar indignities and to suffer similar
afflictions at the hands of Hájí Mírzá Karím Khán and his associates. Hájí Siyyid Javád’s persistent exertions
freed them eventually from the grasp of their persecutors, and enabled them to
